MADE TO ORDER / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Made to Order would be reproduce a following item of Baby M’s earlier design based on your order, which it would take a 2-3 weeks working days.
2. Made to Order item cannot change the original design or color, unless the specific material are sold out, we will inform and suggest the replacement to recreate as similar as before.

You could give a

1) specific size measurement or following

2) our standard size guide, it would be better to have a 2-3 cm bigger for the kids growth span.

Made to Order do not include alteration and fitting service.
Once the order is placed and the item have been made, we do not allow alterations to
sizing and chosen design. So please make sure all the following part are already correct.
100% full payment is required.

If you wish to change some part of the design or color the service will go to the Custom
Order.

Custom Order is to create a specific design based on your idea. The service would take
from design consultation process, material choices, style, and finishing. We will need the complete idea or images how the item is going to be like and the list of the material and finishing required.

Next, we will give the rough price range which the exact pricing would be out when the material is already chosen. Once you agree of the rough price, you will need to give the 70% deposit as confirmation.

Design Consultation detail through sketches and material choices would begin after the confirmation payment. Set an appointment date to have our team measure your kids. For abroad customer,

you could give a

1) specific size measurement or following

2) our standard size guide

3) our team will comes to help you fitting,

it would be better to have a 2-3 cm bigger for the kids growth span. We will give you a free 1x minor alteration service and fitting to more fit one. The update of material and color choices will be shared approximately 1 weeks after the
design being fixed. We will ask the confirmation of every choosen material, and there is no revision once the choices has been made.

Custom Order are merebly handpicked each by each so the item would take typically takes 3-4 weeks long working days time, and the lead time begin once the order is placed.

– Design Sketch or inspiration is also as representative so it will not 100% look alike due to man-made process.

– You may acknowledges the color variations from Picture to actual
product delivered will not be exact same due to each display monitor

– Added more fitting service will have an additional charge. As well the alteration will be separated as minor service.

If within 1 days you receive the items and discover material defects, you may submit an
inquiry to us. Our team will check the item and offer an resolution to revise or changing the item, which will be following the quality verification.

Please give us side note if you have a special date to use the item!
If you required to use it as soon as possible for spesific date, we will try to make it possible in time. Hence if the schedules are really tight, we have an additional charge for express production.

All the following service cannot be cancelled or refunded.

✨ CONDITION & CLEANLINESS

• All rental items are in great condition and undergo a full quality check before each rental.

• Every piece is professionally dry-cleaned and steamed prior to delivery.

• Minor signs of wear may be present due to the nature of fabric, but no stains or damage will ever be sent to clients.

🗓 RENTAL PERIOD

• The standard rental period is 2 days, excluding shipping time.

  For example, if your event is on Saturday, we will deliver the item by Friday. You must return it by Sunday (hand off to courier by the agreed time).

• 🏙 Customers Outside Jakarta / Other Cities:

  • We understand shipping takes time.

    • Rental period starts the day you receive the item (not during shipping).

    • Return shipment must be sent no later than 2 days after the item is received.

  • Please share a tracking number once returned.

  • Items must be returned in the same garment bag/box, properly protected and sealed.

  ⚠️ Important:

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, so please book with adequate lead time.

  • Late returns due to courier delays without proof of shipping will still incur late fees (IDR 100,000/day).

🚚 SHIPPING & RETURNS

• All shipping fees (delivery & return) are paid by the customer.

• You may:

  • Pick up and drop off personally (by appointment)

  • Use your preferred courier (Grab, GoSend, J&T, etc.)

• Items must be returned in the same garment bag or box and well-protected.

🔁 RETURN PROCESS

• The item must be returned by the agreed return date.

• If the return is late without notice:

  • Late fee of IDR 100,000/day will be charged.

  • More than 5 days late may result in full deposit being held.

💥 DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

• You are responsible for the item during the rental period.

• Do not attempt to clean or iron the item yourself.

• In case of:

  • Minor damages (e.g., loose threads, minor stains): we may deduct repair costs from the deposit.

  • Major damage, loss, or irreversible stains: you will be charged up to the full retail value of the item.

💵 PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

• Full payment (rental fee + refundable security deposit) must be made to confirm your booking.

• Deposits will be refunded within 3 business days after item return and inspection.

❌ CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

• No cancellations after payment is made.

• You may change the rental date or item (if available) with at least 3 days’ notice before the original rental date.

• Changes requested under 3 days are not guaranteed.

Please make sure you have read these terms and conditions before purchasing a SAMPLE SALE ITEM to avoid disappointment because the items are non-refundable and no alteration.

Each item will say clearly in the description as to why it’s in the sale and this will be reflected in the price.

1. SAMPLE SALE ITEM is brand new. It is could be a pre-production sample to test the sizing or the design with a fault of some sort, or photoshoot or runway’s item, or an item with quality that hasn’t passed our quality control.
2. All sample sale items are non-refundable and no alteration under any circumstances.
3. Some sample sale items may have a flaw, broken zip, dirty spot, material defective, uneven stitching, misprints, etc.
4. Discount codes are not valid on Sample Sale items.

We have done our best to describe each item in detail. But please note some things may slip through the system so please be aware that sample items are not perfect dresses.
